Dun Laoghaire East Pier- Known for its famous piers and the ultimate fish & chips, Dun Laoghaire offers everything you could think off when you imagine the "Perfect little seaside town" in Ireland. In the summer its people free jumping off piers and running towards the ice cream van. In winter its hot chocolate and wrapped up walks. An easy 2.6 km walk along the seaside promenade with the choice of walking along two historic piers. If you're lucky to be there on a Sunday then a visit to the "Peoples Market" is absolutely necessary.
