Merritt Island Pancake House

🏅 Quite possibly the best pancakes on the Space Coast. We finally made it up to Merritt Island Pancake House this weekend and ohhhhh did it make all our pancake dreams come true🥞 . I liked the Fresh Fruit pancake and Tyler’s fav was the Cinnamon Roll pancake. Both perfectly fluffy and covered in a sweet cream drizzle. Both sinfully good. . FYI, it’s ONLY open on Saturdays and Sundays. The owners have other “real” jobs during the week and simply opened this spot for fun. How hipster is that. Give this place a visit soon, you won’t be disappointed!🥞
