yet another underrated country, I don't know a single other person who was living in europe at the same time as me that visited this country and I don't understand why! It has amazing beaches on one end, crazy historical cities and then beautiful mountaniouss regions such as Rila. I did aday trip here from Sofia and spent the day up in the mountains at a monastery with some bulgarian monks. Such a unique experience and the country is SOOO cheap. Also, if you are thinking about visiting the UAE then flights from here are VERY cheap!!
