definitely on the pricer side, but it's well worth it for the experience. tajin seared albacore: finger lime, daikon radish, crispy onions, ponzu: this was excellent, fresh, and had a great amount of flavor (recommend)
2)coal grilled opah: confit oyster mushrooms, daikon, savory cabbage, tozazu sauce: this was a miss. The fish was dry, over cooked, and the sauce was a bit sweet (would not recommend)
3) whole steamed Baja striped sea bass: this dish was the best of the night: perfectly steamed, flaky, light, with a perfect balance of flavors.
