Poke -- I first heard of and tried Poké when I visited Hawaii a few year ago, since then it had boomed and became quite the cool food (no pun intended) to eat. Poké is a Native Hawaiian cuisine featuring diced raw fish (typically tuna) or octopus, often served as an appetizer or part of a main course. You can find this very easily in supermarkets in Hawaii, they come in many variations with different seasoning and toppings.
