Yum Cha -- If I can only eat one type of food for the rest of my life, I reckon it would be Yum Cha. Yum Cha literally translates to 'drink tea' in cantonese, and it is a typical Hong Kong/Cantonese style breakfast or lunch where you indulge in a vast selection of tapas serving of dumplings, dim sums and desserts. I still have fond memories of having Yum Cha every Sunday with my parents, it is a slow lunch so we got to spend quality time together, or my parents just read the newspaper when me and my sister drew all over the table cloth.
