Shawerma Zarb
Zarb was one of my favorite meals in Jordan and is noted as their National Dish. It is cooked underground with flaming hot coals. It consists of lamb or chicken, rice, onions and carrots. This style of cooking creates fall of the bone meat with moist and flavorful rice due to the juices and onions.
