BokChoyBoy & LasyChef present FILIPINO FOOD REMIXED on Sunday, May 28th. Join us to celebrate AAPI month with a six course dinner ft. both traditional dishes & our personal spins on food that we grew up with. Setrini Sison (BokChoyBoy) and Richella Acosta (LasyChef) team up with fellow Asian-Americans to curate this event that you don't want to miss! Wine pairings by Sasha Pramesti, Florals by Floral Studies (Sonny Sisan), Tunes by DJ yung kombucha (Jeramiah Macaspac), and art & graphic design by Julie Chea. Of course, Beer by Charles Towne Fermentory! COME HANG, EAT GOOD FOOD, AND CELEBRATE WITH US!
The Establishment will host a Collaborative Dinner Experience with Edmund's Oast on Thursday, May 25th. Edmund's Oast brewmasters will be on premise at to serve up some of their award winning avant-garde creations alongside Chef Elliott Howells's seasonally inspired cuisine. Dinner will consist of passed hors d'oeuvres followed by a five-course seated dinner highlighting both libations and culinary creations. Stay tuned for menu updates! Dinner will commence at 6pm in the main dining room of The Establishment. $105 ticket price includes both tax and gratuity. All refunds on ticket sales are final by May 18th. The menu will be set: no substitutions or adjustments please.

GRAMMY® Award-nominated rising country superstar Zach Bryan returns to the road in 2023 for the Burn Burn Burn North American Tour. Bryan’s first-ever live album Live From Red Rocks is available now. To celebrate the start of summer, Bevi Bene and Bar Rollins will debut “Booch Rollins,” a hard kombucha, on Sunday, May 28th from 4 pm to 7 pm with a Bevi Bene bar takeover at Bar Rollins. Owned and operated by husband-and-wife duo Clay and Marissa Carlisle, Bevi Bene is Charleston’s only lager and hard kombucha brewery. Inspired by Bar Rollins’ natural wine selection and Bevi Bene’s open-air taproom, the businesses say Booch Rollins “tastes like summer in a glass with notes of raspberry and orange zest.” The event is free to attend, open to the public, and all food and drinks will be available for purchase. For those unable to attend, Booch Rollins will be available on tap exclusively at Bar Rollins and the Bevi Bene taproom all summer long, while supplies last. Bar Rollins is located at 194 Jackson Street.
