Little Jacks aka the JG Melons of Charleston - I hate to say it but their Tavern burger might be one of the best burgers I've ever tried - also they have a "mini Tavern burger" option which I prefer to do and pair with the wedge salad or the warm garlic knots. Ambiance is a mix of JG Melons and the Polo Bar. They make a close to perfect Aperol Spritz here as well (could use a bigger glass though)

Indeed, the burger at this stylish throwback roadhouse is so special that it’s listed on the menu twice: Once as a starter, and once as dessert, for guests who couldn’t possibly leave without one last slider. Despite the visual references to boxers and racehorses, Little Jack’s is very cognizant of the way people want to eat now. There’s no shame in (or regret associated with) ordering the chopped kale salad.

Little Jacks- There is no better burger in town than at Little Jacks... Simple and delicious. If you are in the mood for something healthy try the kale salad- also delicious. I can't help but to get mine with a side of fries though as they are my favorite kind. The environment is so cozy, yet fitting for many different moods. The convenience that surrounds it makes it suitable for everyone. I am looking forward to trying the new oysters added to their menu... I highly recommend this spot.
