This place is cozied up on the top of The Logan, Philadelphia's Hotel, and has amazing cocktails and small bites combined with one of the best city views.

You might spend a pretty penny, but it's worth the elevator ride up, even if you only go for one drink. This view is the best for eating and drinking in the city. Go at sunset for a spectacular sky overlooking the art museum. Truly iconic.
