Butcher and The Rye

Located in the Cultural District, Butcher & the Rye is one of the restaurants that kicked off and became synonymous with Pittsburgh’s newly flourishing food and bar scene. Very artisanal menu and featuring co temporary riffs on rustic American cuisine. It’s also been a semi-finalist for two years running in the James Beard “Outstanding Bar Program” category.

One of my favorite restaurants, it's a classy, rustic and chic place that serves amazing food and craft cocktails. They are a James Beard Award Semifinalist, The bar is named among best in the nation. Perfect for a special occasion, date night, or a nice dinner. HIGHLY Recommend: Dirty Pasta, Brussels, Buttermilk Fried Rabbit. Drinks: Jackalope, Red Handed.
