At Husk, there are some hard-and-fast rules about what can go on your plate – if it doesn’t come from the South, it’s not coming through the door. While supper at the iconic Husk is unbelievable and a destination dining experience for travelers worldwide, it can be hard to get a reservation, and the real locals secret is that the Bar at Husk is just next door and just as good – the bar features a similar ingredient-driven food menu, and a drink menu full of beautiful cocktails and 50+ bourbon choices that will knock you right off your rocking chair.

Husk is a more upscale restaurant but offers a great selection of food for lunch and at a decent price. Their bloody mary’s are made wIth a homemade mix and I definitely recommend trying one. The cheddar grits are amazing! Especially since I usually don’t like grits. The burger was delicious as well. The amount of food you get is worth the price. Nice restaurant with that southern charm flare 👌🏻

The menu features modern Southern dishes and frequently changes. The bar program (and standalone Bar at Husk) are both stellar. The cheeseburger and fried chicken are considered some of the best in the city.

Good food, but expensive. Apparently the cheeseburger is where it's at.

The components in the Husk glossy mary are nothing out of the ordinary - tomato, celery, horseradish - but the quality of the vegetables allows for a robust yet smooth flavor. The thin slice of country ham garnish is the ideal finish to this rustic take on the beverage

Definitely more on the upscale side but they have great lunch and dinner options! Their bloody Mary’s are probably one of the best I’ve ever had and their grits are amazing too!

Can't get into Husk, no problem! The bar is better anyway. Grab a drink and an appetizer and enjoy the old carriage house!
