2/22 RunBots and Wooden Robot Brewery are partnering with Together We Stand to host the Maud 2.23 event in commemoration of the death of Ahmaud Arbery, a Black man who was murdered while out on a run in Brunswick, GA on February 23rd, 2019. This run/walk will be held to honor his memory and encourage our participants and the greater community to speak about the senseless violence against Black communities in America. 🍓 BACK ON TAP: Strawberry Swirl It! | ABV 6.0%. Strawberry Vanilla Sour Ale. Brewed with 1200 pounds of delicious strawberries from our friends at Bush-N-Vine Farms in York, SC! This sour ale is inspired by the strawberry vanilla swirl ice cream served at the farm. Brewed with local malt and aged with our house sour culture, this beer is truly a taste of the Carolinas.

Widely regarded as one of the best breweries in town, Wooden Robot is consistently creating some amazing beer. Having recently added Kre8 Gastropub to their South End location they are also looking to open a second location in NoDa in 2019. The crowd favorite (and our favorite!) beer here is the Good Morning Vietnam which is a blond ale brewed with Ethiopian Coffee and vanilla.

This gastropub is attached to one of the best breweries in town and some of their best dishes include a collaboration using the beer from Wooden Robot. Must try dishes include mac n cheese eggrolls, duck quesadillas, and southern fried bao bun tacos.

Beer to staff ratio = off the charts. Beautiful space + the Gastro Pub was once a food truck! Wild sours, delicious IPAs, awesome bottle releases, patio covered in the winter.
