The community is invited to join U.S. Bank and the artists of the Charlotte Rail Trail Lights festival to help “flip the switch” on each installation, lighting them up for the first time and kicking off the magical 17-day event. Meet at The Pavillion, next to Futo Buta Ramen, and then walk to Atherton, lighting each installation along the way. The number one ramen spot in Charlotte, hands down. They also have some delicious korean fried chicken, gyoza, and homemade ice cream. If you are a ramen lover (who doesn't love ramen?!) or just like asian food in general then you definitely need to check this place out.

I know you're probably wondering how a ramen place ended up on the list of best desserts in Charlotte but here's something only true foodie locals know about…they have really really good ice cream too! The flavors of their ice cream are limited and change with what produce is available but our favorite is the green tea ice cream with a honey drizzle.
