I highly suggest viewing it from multiple points and walking, biking or driving across it! As of July 1, 2018, the toll rate for one-time payments was $8 for the average car. It’s easy to pay by phone or over the internet, but must be done within two days of driving over the bridge. Also, you only get charged when you are coming back into the city.

The most iconic site in San Fran is of course, the Golden Gate Bridge. We quickly drove by at Vista Point for an overlook view, but we couldn’t find any parking so we ended up going down to Crissy Field to grab a coffee and get a few snapshots in front of the bridge.]

Obviously, the Golden Gate Bridge is an iconic sight in San Francisco. You can spot it from various points in the city, my favorite being Battery Point and Marshal’s Beach. Make sure to spend an early morning or evening checking it out and snapping that perfect Instagram pic!

Golden Gate Bridge is very iconic to San Francisco and everyone wants to take a picture with it. The bridge is beautiful as it crosses the water with boats sailing underneath. You can take a tour boat to go underneath or cross it by car or bike. Either way you see the Golden Gate Bridge, it will be a highlight of your trip.
