At Yat Lok, the roast goose is deeply savory, and incredibly crisp, but still juicy on the inside. A Michelin star worthy restaurant for sure.

If you've never had roast goose before then you're missing out. The roast goose leg, even though more expensive, is known to be the best part of the animal. Thin crispy skin, a layer of greesy fat and the tender goose meat, definitely my kind of guilty pleasure meal.
