everyone's dream city to visit! You can't go to france and not experience the romance of this city. I have experienced traveling it with my family, my friends, and locals and I got a different experience every single time. The only thing I have left to do it go to it with a significant other! You need way more than just a weekend here. You can easily spend 1 or 2 weeks and still not see or do everything you would want to. There are great day trips in the area, we rented a car and it was easy to drive and navigate and we even stayed in a traditional parisan apartment. Expect the french in the big tourist areas to be annoyed if you don't speak french (but don't take it personally), be careful of pickpocketing, ALWAYS buy a metro pass (you WILL get caught and given a ticketif you don't) and try all the croissants, crepes and and cheeses that you possibly can!!

Bonjour!! When in Paris, France there is so much to see, so much to do, however one thing you can’t leave without having is a French breakfast! I started the morning off with black coffee and cigarette, because how can you not?! However because I only had one day in beautiful Paris, I followed it with a cappuccino and croissant. All was delightful! * * Paris is definitely a pricier place to eat and drink however I highly recommend hitting a small market for cheese, wine and bread and then heading to the Eiffel Tower for people watching in the grass! Truly can’t go wrong! Au Revoir!!!* *

The city of love, all the stereotypes hold true. A city full of life, like a European NYC, so much to see and so much to do and dont forget shopping! The biggest sephora ive seen to this date. A place where eating cheese, bread and wine is not frowned upon.

Like London, Paris's easy to navigate public transportation and walkability means you don't need to be a pro to get around (though knowledge of the French language helps!) In fact, Paris's beautiful architecture, public art, and shops make walking casually around the city a fun activity. Paris is home to some of the best art museums in the world.

Paris is my favorite city for kids because there's so much to do. Float a small boat in Luxembourg Gardens, watch the Eiffel Tower twinkle as the sun sets, indulge in divine French cuisine, or visit the Tuileries. There is of course, Euro Disney, which our kids loved, and it's much cheaper than its US counterparts.

A bit cliché or maybe not ,but Parisien nights enjoying the sunset over the Eiffel Tower never gets out of fashion! Talking of fashion, what would a visit to Paris be without one filling their cheeks with escargo and sparkling champaigne and filling their bags with Chanel! I have enjoyed Paris many times and walks on Champs Elysee and a boat trip on the Seine are somethign I never give a miss, oh yeah and a vistit to Laduree where my favourite pistacho macaroons are patiently awaiting my mouth. The Fench cuisine is amzing , tickling your taste buds with the variety of sea food, pastries and baguettes filled with yummyness!

My very first visit to Paris did not disappoint! I surprised Deanna for her birthday with professional photos under the Eiffel tower. Paris was just as romantic, European and classy as I imagined, and I am more than certain that I will be back soon.  The only downfall to Paris is the expensive prices (which rival London) — but there are always ways to do things cheaper and that’s a must in Paris.

When in Paris - Eat. Home to some of the best restaurants in the world ranging from Michelin stars to slightly upscale to budget friendly eats, we recommend: Septime, King Falafel Palace, Miznon, Bistrot Paul Bert, Anahi, La Bourse et la Vie, Bistrot Victoire, hot chocolate & crepes anywhere & everywhere. Being the centre of fashion, cuisine, art & architecture Paris is your one stop shot to savour it all. For the ultimate french experience dining at the Eiffel Tower will blow you away both in terms of food & views. Notre-Dame, Sacré-Cœur, Pantheon, Palais du Louvre, Arc de Triomphe & Champs Elysees make the pride of Paris.

Paris deserves to be on your bucket list. Paris is full of so many things to do that having been there twice, we still haven’t done everything! Visit the top sites like the Eiffel Tower and the art museums, but also enjoy cruising the Seine River, eating French cuisine, and exploring the beautiful gardens! Paris is lovely to visit throughout the year, as the seasons give it a different perspective.

you can get to Paris via plane, road or train but i'd have to say the most convenient way to get to the city of love is via train (Eurostar) as cheap as £64 return, it's a quick 2 hours 15 mins trip and less stressful however the cheapest way to get to Paris is via an 8 hours 30 mins coach which i would not recommend and this is from experience but if this was a last option i would suggest travelling on the mid-night coach from London Victoria to Paris, only positive of this is that it's very cheap at £25 return and on the plus side you get to Paris nice and very early also you would probably spend half of the trip sleeping. I believe you could get to Paris by car from the UK but i wouldn't do this to myself not only would it be stressful but driving on the other side of the road in a french country isn't something i would want to put myself through, imagine getting lost in a remote french village and having to ask for directions or having a flat tyre in the middle of no where or breaking down, i don't think AA would come all the way from London to rescue you. One great thing about visiting Paris via train is you get to see the beautiful countrysides of France and the views can be breathtaking.

RUNNING: What I love about running is that you can do it no matter where you are. In every country or city I've gone to I try to get at least one scenic run in. It allows me to see the city from a different perspective. Running in the morning before the locals get up is the best. The city is still quiet and settling before the hustle & bustle of the day. I remember being alone in Paris and running around the Eiffel Tour at 11:30PM. These are memories I can never forget. Runners make sure you always stay aware of your surrounds and even scope out your route before you run. I use the Nike+ Running app to track my miles for my runs. It keeps great records too!
