Blu Oyster Sushi & Seafood

Blu Oyster Sushi + Seafood will host their next Omakase Dinner on January 25th, 2023, at 6 pm. What is Omakase? It’s a traditional Japanese dinner that means “I’ll leave it up to you.” Blu Oyster will be providing a 6-course Sushi Dinner – talked and walked through at their Sushi Bar – along with an optional Sake Pairing add-on. The first 5 courses will include special creations that are separate from the regular menu offerings. The 6th course will be a themed dessert.

Omakase Sushi Dinner with optional Sake Pairings. Indulge in 5 off-menu creations from Executive Sushi Chef Hunter followed by a seasonally inspired dessert made by Blu’s Pastry Chef, Tori. This meal is walked and talked through by Hunter around the sushi bar - making for a fully immersive experience. Make sure to add the optional sake pairing for the full experience. Tickets are $110 per person and can be purchased, here.
