Berkeley County Library - Hanahan Library

Berkeley County Library System (BCLS) invites ages 3–10 to Crafternoon to create a kaleidoscope on Wednesday, April 19th from 2 pm to 4 pm at the Hanahan Library, located at 1216 Old Murray Court, Hanahan. All materials for crafting are included along with coloring sheets for younger children.  Crafternoon will continue every third Wednesday with different activities. “One of the most popular toys at the Hanahan Library is our kaleidoscope,” said Leigh Anne Terry, Administrative Support Specialist. “In April, we’re going to show the young customers how they can make their own.  We will also learn all about how they work!”

Berkeley County Library System (BCLS) invites ages 3–10 to Crafternoon to create musical instruments at the Hanahan Library, located at 1216 Old Murray Court, Hanahan. All materials for crafting are included along with coloring sheets for younger children.  Crafternoon continues each month with different activities.  July also features a creative element for Crafternoon. Participants will create snow and ice-themed crafts on Wednesday, July 12th from 2 pm to 4 pm. “For one afternoon, we’re going to forget that libraries are a place where you have to be quiet!” said Leigh Anne Terry, Administrative Support Specialist. “We’re making some funky homemade instruments to get our groove on!
