Legitimate claim to having the best brisket in the country. Expect long waits (we’re talking hours) so bring a fold-up beach chair and some sunglasses!

Aaron Franklin has won pretty much every award there is to win in the food/barbecue world. The line for this world-famous brisket can be up to 7 hours long, and they sell out of food every day.

Franklin Barbecue is famous in Austin- Aziz are there and posted a photo with the caption “Light lunch at Franklin BBQ in Austin.” The lunch was definitely not light (that’s the joke) but the barbecue was 100% likely to be incredible
