For those who love spending time outdoors, the Kopaonik National Park will deliver. Especially during winter time, when it becomes Serbia's main ski resort with very affordable pricing for ski-passes and accomodation. If you're one of the geeks (just like me) you will enjoy the Nikola Tesla museum in Belgrade, where lots of his world-changing genius work is documented. The fortress located in the country's capital is also another top attraction to get to, with much history embedded and providing lovely views of the surroundings.

Pljeskavica (specialty meat patty similar to a burger but almost better) + Merlot (Serbian Merlot is generally easy to find. Surprise! Serbia has quite a few nice vineyards and some really good wine production.)
