There's a perrenial line for this hip Nolita spot, but it's well worth the wait to get your hands on a separate gluten free menu that includes mozzarella sticks, arancini, and all the pizza and pasta choices you could want. We happen to be partial to their most well known pie: pizza with vodka sauce.

It's nearly impossible to get a reservation, but Rubirosa is worth it. Their pizzas are large, thin and flaky, with flavorful sauce. The "Tie-Dye" is a must, featuring vodka, tomato and pesto sauces with fresh mozzarella on top. Pizzas are big enough to easily split with friends.
