The workout includes 3 separate sweat sessions for the ultimate (calorie) burn: 20 Minute Bootcamp (bodyweight circuit training) with Keara Christine, 20 Minute Cardio Dance with Nicole, and a 1 Mile Jog with RunWESTIN. After the sessions, enjoy free play on the Sun Deck with outdoor games or a 10 min Strength Circuit, curated by Keara Christine as part of the hotel’s 2021 Fitness Challenge.
