🍹BILL MAY SHUT DOWN BOOZE POPS: For the past 7 years, Booze Pops has been operating in a loophole where food items containing alcohol are not regulated. The SC House is looking to pass a bill to put food containing alcohol under the same beverage licensing. If it passes, they will have to shut down and would have to change to a brick and mortar business model.
