Home of the limoncello--check out doing a tour at the limoncello factory. Sorrento is beautiful and the lemony zest can be found everywhere

An unashamed resort, but certainly no less friendly or beautiful for it. An ideal place for picking up local arts and crafts, and enjoying world-class seafood restaurants.

If you stay in Sorrento (highly recommended) take the train from Naples to Sorrento (cost: approx. 1-3€)

Sorrento is a small seaside town overlooking Naples Bay on the Amalfi Coast in Southern Italy. It is vastly different from the larger cities like Rome & Florence. It is commonly known for its small, antique shops that line the tiny cobblestone streets. The beach is public access and lovely to spend the afternoon at or take some photos. If you are driving, the streets are very crowded and parking is limited, so plan ahead. Once you’ve arrived however it is so easy to fall in love with this little town.

Italy is full of beautiful city’s but Sorrento is out of this world. Famous for the liquor Limoncello, this cliffside town is perfect for evening strolls and startling spots to watch the sunset over Mt Vesuvius.
