We booked a driver who took us to the well-known rice terraces at Longsheng . There we went with an ultra slow gondola for 7 Fr. over the terraces up to the top. From there we had a great view over the rice terraces. Then you can take a footpath down, which takes about 1 - 1.5 hours.

Footage for Star Wars Revenge of the Sith was used in this area of China- of limestone karst mountains which was later composited into the film for the backdrop of Kashyyyk
