Chef Christian Puglisi taught himself how to make mozzarella by watching videos on YouTube. Now he owns Jersey cows and makes a sourdough-based pizza dough. "If you only look at how it used to be done or how it's supposed to be done, you don't allow yourself to move it forward," he says.

I’m from New York, but this was probably the best pizza I’ve ever had! They make everything in-house (including their cheese and herbs) and it tastes soooooo good. Cool vibes as well, it’s in the hip Nørrebro neighborhood.

Baest is an organic Italian pizza spot. They grow everything locally and source from their own farms. Don’t let the organic and farm to table scare you off- this pizza was UNREAL. The burrata and corn are also something I will be dreaming about for a while. The atmosphere is very cute and they play great music. We got the corn, salad, burrata, basic pizza and pizza with prosciutto.

This pizza was amazing. I highly recommend going to this cute spot for dinner. Service was also great!
