This city is full of iconic views. There's the famous golden gate bridge, which is a mandatory stop you should go to if you're in the area. I also enjoyed shopping at pier 39 and checking out the tourist attractions there.

Out of the US cities I have visited, this is definitly my favourite. The food and wine are incredible and I really enjoyed going up and down the hills and visiting Alcatraz too.

A popular "tourist trap" locaiton, but for a reason! The views of the whole city are spectacular, there are many breweries to frequent, and Pier 39 has many foods to try. The clam chowder is so good and the Ghirardelli chocolate facotry has some of the best chocolate hot chocolate I've ever had. Also must try is Boudin SF. The sourdough bread is known in SF as the best because the climate is ideal for baking. If you like outdoor activities, try a sailboat tour of the bay.

I have been a frequenter to this beautiful city for several decades. I love everything about it- the ocean air, the culture, the history, Chinatown and the food! SF has been on top of the food chain for a very long time and it doesn't seem to slow down. It is just an amazing city to be in, period.
