Drink: Gamechanger: a frozen cocktail with different fruit juices and up to 6 oz of alcohol. Smooth, and not too sweet. Food: wings (some crispiness), good selection of sauces (apple vinegar, couple of different red, mustard), brisket platter with chicken & white bean chili and mac n cheese. Brisket was very tender - relatively lean

Several different locations throughout the Charleston area with incredible authentic BBQ. Tons of different menu options, beyond your basic barbeque which is what sets this restaurant apart. Their dry rubbed wings with Alabama White Sauce are a must try.

GAME CHANGERS! The best frozen cocktail in Charleston is right here. It’s around 6 ounces of different kinds of rum mixed together with slightly frozen mango juice topped off with a little nutmeg spice. The BBQ is excellent as well.

Popular sports pub-type bbq eatery with great food selection at fair prices. Their speciality drink “The Game Changer” is a frozen spiced rum drink that we were told is absolutely necessary when dining there. We tried it and it was in fact delicious! Had the pulled pork sandwich and it was incredible. Love the fun and friendly atmosphere as well.

Great place to watch the games. Nachos are game-changing, pun intended! Even has a signature drink called the ”Game Changer”, or as I call it, the blackout special! Better spots for hardcore BBQ though.

I've never had BBQ in Charleston that I don't like, but Home Team is my absolute favorite. They have the best barbecue nachos I've ever had. Also recommend the pulled pork sandwich with mac + cheese.

Of course the Game Changer cocktail is a fan favorite - a frozen cocktail with a lotta rum offered in two diff sizes. Wings are great and offered in multiple diff sauce options, but the winner for me is the ribs and brisket platter with sides. Great place for a team dinner or to watch a game on their many TVs. I go here every time I'm in Charleston!

Sure, everyone goes for the BBQ- BUT one of my favorite things on their menu is a salad or the nachos. Great additions to the drink menu with rosé cider and good wine. Easy for families at DT location with outdoor area.

The event’s mission is to raise funds and awareness for families affected by pediatric brain cancer through the support and donation of Hogs for the Cause. Rock the Block features award-winning guest chefs, cold beers, craft cocktails, kids activities, and a VIP area. Guests can enjoy three live acts with the opportunity to purchase food and drinks. All proceeds from tickets and food sales will be donated directly to Hogs for the Cause, an organization that offers financial and other support to families battling pediatric brain cancer.
