It's very easy to get lost in the museum, but it's not a bad thing! Even though many people visit the Louvre to visit the Mona Lisa, this museum has so much to offer it would take weeks to see it all!

I have been to The Louvre three times and still have not seen everything! It is huge!

The Louvre Museum is undeniably one of the finest art galleries in the world with all the masterpieces like Mona Lisa, there are hundreds of thousands of other classic and modern masterworks, the Louvre is the icing on the cake of French culture and a tribute to European art history – it’s not surprising that it’s also one of the most visited art galleries in the world! However due to the long queues personally I would get more satisfaction from absorbing the views from the outside.

you have to, you wouldn’t be doing Europe right if you ddint’ see the louvre while you were in paris. I advise you to either go early morning (I’m talking 10am) or some nights its open after 6pm. The Louvre is a huge tourist attraction and if you go at the peak hours you will likely get run over by asian tour groups and your experience here with overall be less interesting. As you exit, pose on top of the cement blocks to take one of those cliché picks with your finger on top of the glass pyramid!
