Taylor Swift said about this restaurant: “Nashville is expanding fast, and this restaurant is one of the reasons why I think that’s a good thing! They have amazing entrées like cobia (spiced fish) served with a fried beignet, and their sides (truffle-roasted cauliflower, creamy chickpeas, charred broccoli) are perfect complements.”

@alexgrahammusic and I checked out Etch tonight, and I know we can both agree it was amazing! 11/10, and you HAVE to get the Sundae for desert. Best steak I’ve had in a while!
