When I saw this place, I felt my eyes hurt from how stunning it is. I know that might sound exaggerating but honestly, go see it for yourself. You’re completely surrounded by turqoise blue waters and giant natual limestone islands.

It’s best to go to the islands north or Ha Long Bay. Though the bay is a world heritage site, it’s crowded. By going north you get the same amazing geology, without the crowds. Take a three day trip on a local junk fishing boat.. and sit on the front of the boat and just watch the movie unfold.

Halong Bay is one of Vietnam's most popular places and one to be seen. The limestone islands and emerald waters are stunning and so much fun to explore. It is places like this that really make you appreciate the beauty of our world.

Hop on a junk boat trip, sail the pristine emerald waters and try your hand at kayaking. Ha Long Bay is a must do on any trip to Vietnam. It is not hard to see why it is a UNESCO world heritage site.

Probably the most beautiful place I’ve ever been. Blue water and towering cliffs jutting up from the water. Explore the cat ba island area if you want a less touristy and more authentic experience.

This has been one of my bucket list destinations for so long and I can’t even explain to you how amazing it felt to see it in person. This place is truly incredible. Whether you go for a day trip or choose to spend a few nights out on the water, it is a must see
