It's hard to pick one thing in a city with so much to do, but sunrise at Devil's Peak is probably my number one. It's a slightly strenuous hike, but very easy paths to follow. Once you're at the top you have a 360-degree sunrise view of the city. It's quite mesmerizing!

A city that has it all, scenery, weather, wildlife, food & drink scene, gorgeous locals. I love having the choice of getting away to the beach or being in the thick of it in the city. Cape Town gives you all the choice you could want.

"My playground. My favorite place. Where two of the world's great oceans collide and meet the land's edge. The city rises up at this waterfront and is marbled between towering mountains and national parks. This landscape gave me the best week of my life. an absolutely, undeniably, unforgettable adventure with the coolest people.." -Travel Journal 4/9/17

Absolutely breathtaking is an understatement. The beaches, the mountains… everything is amazing. Although difficult, the Table Mountain hike is so rewarding with a stunning ocean view. Camps Bay is a beautiful place to stay, there are amazing Air Bnbs available for fairly cheap. If you have the chance, it is very powerful to visit the townships while you are there also.

One of the most beautiful cities I’ve seen in terms of natural beauty. Lots of great hikes and viewpoints, and of course, the Cape of Good Hope and did I mention penguins?!

There’s not many countries you can visit and experience all in one day; having up close encounters with wild life animals, a lovely lunch on Cape towns boardwalk with a stunning view of Table mountain in the background and end the day off with a hike up to Lions head to watch a 360 degree view of a sunset overlooking Cape Town and all its beauty. There’s so much more: surfing, night life, the history tour of Nelson Mandela, shark cage diving, hikes, Table mountain, beautiful little beaches of a cute coffee and stroll down city street

I've never seen a more diverse city. From the people to the landscape, everything about this place should be contrasting and unsettling, but instead, it's so effortless and feels natural. In one day, I can go from the beach to a mountain trail to an Indian dinner and then a Mexican bar - and every single experience feels authentic. It's the rainbow nation in more ways than one.

Definitely one of the most naturally beautiful cities that I have seen. It includes one of the 7 wonders of Nature, Table Mountain, along with many other amazing sights, people, and most importantly bargaining for gifts.

Cape Town is the most incredible place I've ever been to. There are tons of easily accessible hiking trails (Table Mountain, Lion's Head), surfing, mountain biking, and more. The quality of food and dining is definitely above average, and the general vibe of the city is very bohemian. It isn't perfect though - safety is a concern, and racial and social inequality are still present as a result of apartheid. If hiking is what you are all about, I highly recommend Kasteelspoort, Echo Valley (Kalk Bay), and Kloof Corner. The full Kloof Corner hike (up the chains) is not for inexperienced hikers or those afraid of heights, however, up to just the corner is in my opinion the best sunset spot in the city. Food & markets - The Bitch's Tits has the best burgers in the city. There's a Thursday market called City Bowl Market, as well as a weekend market in Hout Bay.
