Mr. Purple

One of the best rooftop bars in NYC. There are a lot of nice rooftop bars in Midtown but you usually only can see the other taller buildings next to you. In the Lower East Side, you can see a good mix of taller architecture up north and FiDi and smaller buildings in all the other directions Two outdoor areas - one is very large, the other one probably fits 30 people comfortably. There is a little bit of a wait during prime hours. If you go on a saturday/sunday around noon, it should be pretty empty.

Great spot for summer nights, big space, go with friends after work and enjoy light bites and cocktails in the Lou he area and then step outside to the rooftop for fun under the stars.
