Visa: US citizens need a visa. You can obtain an e-visa through this website https://e-visa-vietnam.com/ and pay a small fee (cheaper than government website). When you land at the airport in Vietnam, go to the immigration counter with your PRINTED visa approval letter, passport, and the exact amount of money (in cash) for the visa stamping fee ($25 in EXACT change). Once the officials stamp the visa in your passport, you're free to explore Vietnam! Currency: Vietnamese dong. Language:Vietnamese. Recommended VAccines: Hep A and B, Malaria, Rabies, and Typhoid. The smiles and the kindeness of the vietnamese people is what makes this country super special. The noisy and vibrant city of Hanoi is quite diffent from the calm and peacefull Hoi An.

Banh Xeo -- Similar to a crispy crepe or pancake, stuffed with vegetables and served with greens. Roll it up and rice paper and dip in sauce!

A virgin of a country. Vietnam still lays untouched in ways you cant even begin to describe. The touristy part of Thailand is not present in Vietnam at all. The people are by far the nicest people we´ve met. The one thing you should do here is to explore it by motorbike - you wont be disappointed.

Vietnam is so diverse. The scenery in this country is beyond compare, from Halong Bay to Nihn Bihn. The beaches are beautiful and totally underrated. Vietnamese cusine and coffee is one of the many highlights of a visit here.
