Elephant Jungle Sanctuary

Day trip from Chiang Mai, Thailand, definitely one of the more humane companies. We didn’t ride the elephants since it’s wrong to do so, but we got to feed, photograph, and take a mud bath with them. So cool to observe these majestic creatures up close!!

The Elephant Jungle Sanctuary is a wonderful day trip to go on. We looked long and hard for an ethical sanctuary to visit where the elephants weren't ridden. This was the place. We spent the day cleaning, feeding, washing and swimming with the elephants in a good environment. If you are planning on spending a day with elephants really contemplate going here as it is by far the most ethical centre we could find.
