Jameson Distillery Bow St.

Jameson has many options to chose from while visiting. You can do a full tour, the secret tasting tour or even just enjoy ordering a drink of choice at the awesome bar! We decided to do the secret tasting because we have gone to enough distillery tours that we were ready to start tasting the goods! It was 40 minutes long, in John Jameson’s Office. It was said that John Jameson would have very extravagant party’s were he would bring a select few into his office during the party for secret tastings. We had 4 tastings to try which included the classic Jameson, Jameson Crested, Jameson Distillery Edition, and Jameson Black Barrel. 2 of which are only exclusive to the Distillery! Out of the four, Crested was by far my favorite and I was very pleased to be able to buy a bottle to bring home with me! The location has a store as well that if full of great buys along with a chance to buy and have a bottle personalized however you’d like! Nicole was our Jameson Ambassador and she was so great! She answered all of our questions and made the experience really fun. The bar also is truly so cool and worth stopping by even for a drink if you don’t have time for the tour, Adriano was a great bartender! Be sure to stop by when in the area!!

Although this location is not where Jameson currently produces their smooth whiskey, you can still visit the original Bow Street location for a virtual tour and tasting. Pure whiskey fun!

Get your whiskey on! Although this is not where the main working distillery is located, the Bow Street location is the original distillery. There are different types of tours you can take. I recommend taking the regular tour plus the secret tasting tour. You can try different levels of Jameson's that are not offered on the regular tour. It was a pretty lit experience! There is also a nice cafe that you can get food from the time it opens until it closes.
