Snooze an A.M. Eatery

Snooze is our go to brunch spot when visiting Colorado. They have a few locations and always have a long wait, but it is worth it! Open only for brunch, they have an extensive menu of American breakfast items as well as some Mexican flair. They have exceptional pancakes like the pineapple upside-down pancake and offer seasonal favorites. This is a family friendly restaurant with great flavored mimosas and bloody marys.

No reservations and only open for brunch but well worth it. They have a bacon infused Bourbon bloody Mary and offer pancake flights! The corned beef hash is tied for first place best I've ever had. They also do cool things like let you mix and match diff kinds of eggs Benedict if you don't want multiple of the same and you can order single pancakes too. Locations in Colorado, Cali, Arizona, and Texas...need one in Brooklyn!
