The Schuttenbergs, who own Kwei Fei on James Island, will be showcasing dishes from the menu at their forthcoming concept, Beautiful South, set to open at The Guild at 128 Columbus Street in Downtown Charleston this summer. Beautiful South celebrates the cuisines of both the Lowcountry and Southeastern China. At Lewis, the Beautiful South team will be serving a rotating menu of Cantonese-style street-style snacks, noodle dishes, stir frys, and vegetable dishes, alongside seasonal cocktails inspired by Southern Chinese ingredients. The menu will be available for dine-in or take-out.
