The Pass
Grab a board and go for a surf at the pass. Don't tell the other locals I told you. The pass is one of Byron's most iconic surf breaks, and a great place to learn if you are a beginner.

Watch the buskers on the streets. Every night in Byron you are guaranteed to experience world class musicians busking on the streets. Walk along and take in the tunes - no doubt you'll be listening to them on Itunes in no time!

Take your shoes off. Walk the beaches, parks and streets barefoot - slow down, cheer up, chill out! And visit a Farmers Market (Thursday mornings). Byron local's love thy farmer - and always support them by picking up fresh produce on a Thursday morning. You'll be blown away by the food you find!

Lawson St. North Car Park
Watch the sun go down at the Wreck. Every night before sunset, a group of local bongo drummers and percussionists get together and play music until the sun goes down - literally. There is all sorts of ecstatic dancing and everyone is welcome. It's hard not to get drawn into those Byron vibes!
