Grand Canyon National Park
From Vegas, a limo will come get you and will take you to the helicopter airport. From there, you go to the Grand Canyon and fly over a beautiful view, free of tourists. you can enjoy a little champagne and snack in a private area right in the core of Grand Canyon. When returning to Las Vegas, you will fly over the Strip !

The LINQ Hotel & Casino
Go on the High Roller observation wheel - you will get to see Las Vegas from the top of the world with a 360° view ! I recommend going at night as you will be able to see all the lights !

The Venetian Hotel will take you to Venice without having to go anywhere ! You can even rent a Gondola on the river INSIDE the building ! Pretty amazing.
