Soufriere Bay
Take a day or two to the picturesque old town called Soufriere about 1.5 hours from Castries. From here you can see most recognizable sites on the island - the Pitons. It's a days hike if you want exhilirating views of the bay, the extensive Caribbean ocean and the green rolling hills.

Toraille Waterfall
A few kilometers from Soufriere is the Toraille waterfall - $15 to get in. It is nicer on weekdays when the crowds are less. Bring a bathing suit and a camera!

Saint Lucia Volcano Tour
These are the best experiences for me in St Lucia. Go earlier so you have longer to speand learning about the volcanic history of St Lucia, covering yourself in therapeutic mud and lazying around in the warm water from the hot springs! So so good. It's $12 pp for both the tour and bath.

St Lucia Distillers
There are so many tours for about $40 that will get you an hour or two in a distellery and have you taste all the rum you can have. A lot of it is in form of a fruit punch, don't fall for it. It'll hit you fast and hard. Enjoy and try the pineappele ones - those were my favs.

Balenbouche Estate
You can see St Vincents from the viewpoint in View Fort. The Sunsets are utterly breathtaking. There's an internstional airport here and if the south draws you more than Castries, this town is a great option. Balenbouche is an old estate free to tour with beautiful water lilies and generations and you can picnic here with the cutest land turtles.
