Kigali
Kigali town has outdone itself in the last 20 years and has gone on to be the cleanest city in Africa. The Genocide memorial is a great first stop to understand the history of the small East African Country. The city has several eateries and a drive around the city at night is a must! The lights are beautiful.

Ruhengeri
The home of the critically endangered Gorilla (second largsest population, only after Congo). It's very pricey though, at $1250.

This is about 2hours drive from Kigali and the national museum of Rwanda is found here. The traditional home of the king is found a few kilometers from here too.

Gisenyi
This is a town 3 hours south west of Kigali on the border of Congo and Rwanda. This is where the great Lake Kivu touches the Rwandan soil. There are many resorts on the Lake's beaches and the nigh life is pretty cool.
