👀KNOW THIS: Parking enforcement has a new toy, called the barnacle that they will start using on May 9 instead of a boot. They will be used when someone has outstanding parking fines and will cost $85 total. If the barnacle is tampered with, it will cost $500. There’s an app for you to pay and then a parking enforcement official will remove it. It has 1,000 lbs of suction, so you will not be able to remove it yourself
