Delicate Arch
Delicate Arch is the most well known of all the arches inside Arches National Park. It really is worth the trek to see it. The arch cannot be seen from the road but there is a three mile trail and trek (RT) to get up and personal. There are other parts along the trek where you can get a nice photo if you do not want to take the full walk up to see Delicate Arch.

Park City
Even if you do not attend the Sundance Film Festival, Park City UT offers year round fun. If you ski or like winter activities, there are ski resorts and plenty of slopes. During the rest of the year, you can enjoy Mountain trails or hanging around town. There are several great restaurants and fun shopping in Park City if that is more your pace. Either way PC makes for a great day trip or long weekend.

Moab
Moab is a little town that I recommend as your jumping off or resting point for both Arches and Canyonland. There are good restaurants and accommodations for your visits to both parks.

Arches National Park Entrance Station
If you are on a time constraint and need to choose either Arches or Canyonland National Park, I recommend Arches! This park is stunning and you can spend a day or two driving and trekking to see what they are known for, incredible views red rock arches that are a breathtaking natural wonder.

El Bambi Cafe
I honestly do not remember how I came across El Bambi. For almost a decade I have pulled off the highway to come here for breakfast or lunch while traveling from Vegas. This is a legit old school truck stop that has not been remodeled since way back when. * The breakfasts here are incredible. Especially the Cinnamon Roll French Toast-They flatten cinnamon rolls to make their French toast!

Canyonlands National Park
Canyonland in Utah is a small representation of the beauty in this state. It is easy to navigate as you can drive to different trails and viewing sites. I would recommend taking a day visiting Canyonlands and another day visiting it’s sister location, Arches National Park.

Salt Lake City
Salt Lake City is the capital of Utah with strong Mormon ties. The impressive Salt Lake Temple is located in SLC as well as the Salt Lake Tabernacle. You do not have to be Mormon to watch them rehearse, which is how I got to hear them live. There are many other things to do in SLC- Walk around, museums, restaurants, shopping, etc. It is a beautiful high altitudes city with surrounding mountains and worth a visit if you happen to be in Utah.

Bryce Canyon National Park
I have visited Bryce Canyon a couple of times and it is one of my favorites. You can either walk the rim to get views of the hoodoos or venture into the canyon. Whatever you choose, a visit to Bryce is well worth it.

Zion National Park
Zion is magical and everytime I come back, I fall in love all over again. If you love the outdoors then Zion will do your nature heart wonders. You can honestly spend a few days here walking the narrows, hiking up Angel’s peak or taking the tour shuttle. There is something for all levels of adventurers.

Zion National Park Lodge
The best place to stay while In Zion. These cabins are quite special as they are located inside the park. They are a bit pricey but well worth it considering the location. The cabins in Zion Lodge are comfortable, cozy and close to the restaurant. Staying here during your trip to Zion will make your trip very rememberable.
