East Miraval Segundo
gold standard full service spa set in the foot hills of the Catalina mountains Food is amazing and rooms are well appointed with the most comfortable beds around. What sets Miraval apart is the the quality of programing. They have classes for full mind and body and you can stay busy all day with a full schedule from anything from hiking, spin class, to astrology and photography Emphasis is Life In Balance

Cal-a-Vie Health Spa
High luxury spa with a great focus on fitness. Smaller than most other spas but a great experience. Food is outstanding and tey will tailor to the exact daily caloric goal you have. Very much a community feel, so if you don't want to know others and want to keep to yourself this may not be the best fit. Be prepared to spend more but a great experience. Only other draw back is they want to dictate the days you come, not as flexible if you just want a 2 or 3 days or have specific days you want to come.

Lake Austin Spa Resort
Some of the best treatments and massages I have every had. Beautiful setting on the water with lots of fun water sports and activities. Not was many things on the schedule as other spas I enjoy (Miraval) but enough to keep busy. Food is great, staff is friendly and nice.

Canyon Ranch Tucson
This was one of the first all inclusive spas i believe, but in my opinion not even close to competing with the others mentioned. The fitness classes are definitely their strong point and probably the best of any of the spas I have visited but on all the other levels it just misses the mark. The food is terrible, grounds and views not even close to miraval, rooms are a bit tired and in need of updating (could have been since I was there in 2015) lastly it is a "dry" spa, so if you need or want that glass of wine or cocktail at the end of the day you will not get it here!
