Wadi Ash Shab
Perhaps most popular. First get a boast across the lake, then an hours hike to the first Wadi. You can also swim from pool to pool here and there are rope swings to jump in.

Bimmah Sinkhole
Local Omanis believe it was created by a fallen star, now filled with crystal clear water, great from sunbathing and swimming. Go early to avoid the crowds.
