Our favorite dish is their eggs benedict. It comes with prosciutto on top of polenta. The best part is, Panzano is also their in room dining restaurant so you can have all the deliciousness in bed!

Snooze an A.M. Eatery

Snooze is our go to brunch spot when visiting Colorado. They have a few locations and always have a long wait, but it is worth it! Open only for brunch, they have an extensive menu of American breakfast items as well as some Mexican flair. They have exceptional pancakes like the pineapple upside-down pancake and offer seasonal favorites. This is a family friendly restaurant with great flavored mimosas and bloody marys.
