Hannibals is old school geechee gullah cuisine located on the East side of the peninsula. The shrimp and crab rice is a must have!

Barsa is a spanish tapas bar in the heart of Downtown. Known for their paella and yummy small plates. Thursday nights, they have live jazz and its always packed. Terriffic wine selection and cocktail list.

Leons Oyster Shop has the best smoked oysters ever. Their hot chicken is is amazing as well. Cocktails are phenomenal.

Lewis BBQ is home to the best brisket in the city! This place is always packed and on Tuesdays, the serve hot chicken. It is amazing.

Ladles Soups
Ladles is tucked away on Cannon Street but it the best hidden gem. They have soups for every occasion! They also serve sandwiches and salads but I have always been pleased with their soup! Perfect for hangovers.

Rodney Scott's BBQ
Rodney Scotts is always smoking on King Street. They have awesome whole hog and are know for their tangy vinegar bbq sauce. The also serve chicken, ribs, and fried fish.
