🚨OPENING OF SPOLETO CANCELLED: The city of Charleston has canceled the Spoleto Festival Opening Ceremony due to inclement weather. In its place, the city will hold a meeting Friday at noon to celebrate the upcoming event. The press conference for the 46th annual arts festival will be inside Charleston City Hall. The Piccolo Spoleto Sunset Serenade (free outdoor concert) is still scheduled for tonight at 8pm at the U.S. Custom House.
